1. Services

We provide auto detailing services (interior and exterior) as listed on our website. Availability varies by location.

• Service scope is defined in the booking confirmation and may include wash, decontamination, polishing, interior cleaning, and protective applications.
• Mobile appointments require safe parking space and accessible water/power as applicable.
• Time estimates are indicative and can vary based on vehicle size and condition.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee. Weather events may require rescheduling.

• Reschedules requested less than 24 hours before start time are subject to availability.
• No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the quoted service price.
• We may decline service if a vehicle poses safety risks or is excessively soiled beyond the booked scope.

3. Payments

Prices are in CAD. Taxes apply. We accept major cards and e-transfer.

• Deposits, if applicable, are applied to the final invoice and are non-transferable.
• Invoices are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

4. Safety & Materials

We use paint-safe, pH-balanced products; however, pre-existing damage may limit results.

• We avoid aggressive processes unless the client requests them and understands potential risks.
• We will not operate in unsafe weather or environmental conditions.
• Personal items should be removed from the vehicle before service.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service unless otherwise required by law.

• We are not responsible for normal wear, prior damage, or defects uncovered during cleaning.
• Photos may be taken for quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes.
• Indirect or consequential damages are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

• We collect only necessary data for scheduling, service delivery, and billing.
• You may request access or correction of your personal information where legally available.

7. General

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada.
• If any clause is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses remain in effect.
• We may update these Terms from time to time; changes are effective upon posting with the updated date.
